The entire rear wall of the property is 6.7 high by 7.2 m wide. The upper section of the doors is motorised to create a covered passage, while the sliding doors at ground level create a seamless link to the garden.

Casa Bastida was built in several stages, starting in the 1950s, in the stunning setting of the Sa Riera cove in Begur, Girona. The 3001 type windows integrate seamlessly into the environment, accentuating the opening onto the terraces.

The main façade is a motorised sliding door 6 m high by 8 m wide, with invisible 5-track rails. The guillotine window is 10 m high by 3 m wide in total. The towers are 133 and 82 metres high respectively. The penthouse is located on the 17th floor of tower 20. All of the windows in towers 20 and 30 are from the TH+ range
